If I could give this company zero stars I would. Ordered 2 Poseca dog coats on 25 Jan. Money was taken from my account 29 Jan £75.98. By 6 Feb, there was no sign of the order and so I emailed so-called customer Support. They got back to me - fair enough - to say that the courier had lost the parcel and they were sending a second consignment out. 2-3 working days. That was the last time I have had any response from this company. On 13 Feb I emailed again to ask where the parcel was. No answer to emails and no telephone number to ring. The coats arrived 18 Feb. When I opened the parcel. I saw immediately that the items were not as advertised on the website. I ordered Poseca - the label on these was Fashion Sports and we’re not the quality of which I have bought previously. £75.98 for a cheap alternative. I emailed Comfort Style every working day for 8 days asking for info on the return process: No response. I eventually found an address in Cheetham Hill buried in their web info. I sent the items back on 23 Feb. Royal Mail have not been able to deliver the parcel as I wanted someone at the other end to sign for the parcel and they can’t find anyone on site. When I investigated the address - it’s an office above a gift shop. I am now wondering whether this is in fact a legitimate organisation and whether my £75.98 is long gone. Would really appreciate Comfort Style’s version of events…
