The filter can be used completely submerged in water for quiet use.

Is the filter cleanable? How often should I change them?

The filter must be cleaned and we recommend the cleaning frequency of every 2 - 3 weeks, depending on what is inside the aquarium and how dirty they are.

Is it possible to adjust the power of water output?

Unfortunately not, but you can change its placement so that the water flow does not disturb the fish.

Can I place it vertically and horizontally?

The pump can be positioned vertically and horizontally and must be fully submerged when in use.
