It was ordered and was very excellent as shown in the picture with a complete package of its items, but it is not compatible with Saudi electricity as the product is 110 volts.
And I need 220 volts, and I have contacted the seller and it has been returned. Thank you for the credibility.
Excellent product heats up quickly, a bit less quickly in 12v but perfect in 24v.

Looks great but doesn't work plugged it into my 110 transformer light didn't come on or heated up
You get what you pay for.Carry bag zip broke after 1 dayTook 90 minutes to heat food to eatable standard, not 15-20.I'll keep it though as the time doesn't really bother me I'll just put it on earlier at work.Annoying about the bag though
